Cisco CRS1 Sales Order Number Validation Cisco CSR1 Sales Order Number Validation Steps: Please enter the sales order number(s) of your CRS1(s) below to verify whether a unit is affected. To enter multiple units, separate each sales order number by a comma or space, or you can simply copy and paste a list of sales order numbers from Excel. Once you have completed entering the sales order numbers, click "Submit."   Note: Contact you procurment department for the Sales Order used to purchase this unit or contact your Cisco Sales representative.
