CTS Telepresence Touch Unit Serial Number Validation Cisco CTS Telepresence Touch Unit Serial Number Validation Steps: Please enter the serial number(s) of your CTS Telepresence Touch Unit(s) below to verify whether a unit is affected. To enter multiple units, separate each serial number by a comma or space, or you can simply copy and paste a list of serial numbers from Excel. Once you have completed entering the serial numbers, click "Submit."   Serial Number Location: The serial number of a Cisco CTS Telepresence Touch Unit can be found on the back side of unit on the Center Label.
